The Jihlava facility commenced its activities in September 1982, as Manželská and předmanželská poradna. On January 1, 1992, the Center gained the legal status with instituting functions and was renamed as Psychocentrum Jihlava - manželská and rodinná poradna. Since January 2004, the Center has been functioning as organizational, economic, and methodological center under the Regional Office of Social Services under the name Psychocentrum-manželská and rodinná poradna kraje Vysočina, p.o.

Head of the facility since 1992, director since 1.1.2004, independent marriage and family counselor and therapist, clinical psychologist.
Comprehensive university major in therapy of family systems, marriage and family counseling, hypnotherapy and other professional exercises. Specializes in individual, partnership, marriage, and family counseling and psychotherapy, including divorce and post-divorce counseling and therapy, group psychotherapy, expert evaluations through psychological examination. Works both with children and adults.
Jana Lálová – sociotherapist
University major in studies for social workers specializing in family counseling, sexual education course and prevention of AIDS, trained in non-verbal and relaxation techniques. Special focus on first contact with clients, social and legal information and sexological information. Teaches of relaxation techniques. Works both with children and adults.
PhDr. Zdeněk Větrovec – psychologist
University major in individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychoanalytical psychotherapy and therapy of family systems. Special focus on individual, partner, marriage and family counseling and psychotherapy, including divorce and post-divorce counseling and therapy, expert evaluations through psychological examination. Works predominantly with adults.
Mgr. Renata Brabcová – psychologist, currently on maternity leave
Comprehensive university major in therapy of family systems, hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques, specialized education for pedagogic psychology. Special focus on expert evaluations through psychological examination, individual and family counseling and psychotherapy. Works both with children and adults.
Mgr. Jana Juračková – psychologist
Special training in systematic psychotherapy, specialized studies in marriage and family counseling, courses in therapies for eating disorders, hypnotherapy and other therapeutic methods. Special focus on individual and family psychotherapy, marriage and family counseling, including divorce and post-divorce counseling. Works both with children and adults.
